Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, please call us at least 24 hours in advance - as a courtesy to the staff member, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients. If you have an appointment for a treatment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. The courtesy of a 24-hour notice is appreciated for all staff members involved in your appointment, and a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the appointment price will be charged to your credit card if we are not notified 24-hours in advance.
