Appointments
In order to reserve treatments over $100.00, we require a valid credit card number at the time of booking.

Cancellations
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges for your scheduled service. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling of your appointment (charges will apply).

Prices
For the convenience of our clients, we have included both provincial and federal taxes into all of our prices.  This is applicable to all services and products that Serenity Now The Spa has to offer.

Spa Environment
For the comfort of others, please refrain from using your cellular telephone. Your cooperation in providing a quiet environment is greatly appreciated.

Children
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services.  Children under the age of 13 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.
